Well, I am a pretty hard grader so giving someone 5 stars is actually pretty rare. The houses is exactly as in the pictures - very lively, comfortable and homely. Everything was top notch. Loved the super responsive hosts - I had reason to call them a few times over 3 week long stay and they took care of it immediately. At one point, I put in a request after midnight and was super surprised (positively) to receive a response in a few seconds. Jason is exceptionally responsive and accommodating.
This home was absolutely perfect for our freindcation! We had 10 adults and 3 kids - Five separate families had PLENTY of space in this beautiful home and were very comfortable. The kids brought their own fishing poles for the lake and had lots of fun in the pool. We all sat around the fire pit and roasted marshmallows in the evening. The hosts were very accommodating, super friendly, and always responded quickly to questions. My husband is a contractor and he absolutely loved the charactor of this home!
Hosts were responsive when we reached out to them. The home clutter free & clean. The rooms were spacious, clean & the beds were all comfortable. Many towels were available for us to use which was nice. The kitchen was clean. We enjoyed having a grill available to use. Clearwater is only an hour away & most retail shops about 10-15 Minute drive. Overall, for the rental price we felt we got a lot in return. We enjoyed our stay & would definitely return as there is nothing negative to say about our time at the house!
Beautiful house in Zephyrhills, very clean with two bedrooms. Nice living room with a very large TV. Clean bathroom with bathtub. Central air conditioning. Very well equipped kitchen, electric stove, large oven, large fridge, microwave, kettle, all utensils... Small patio at the back with mosquito nets, there is even a washing machine and a dryer. Very clear instructions and communication with the owner. We appreciated the quietness of the small residential area, it is nevertheless close to all amenities. We will definitely come back!
