This is a shared space located near Tampa, FL in the city of Lutz! Mid-term stays welcome! The back of the home is an in-law suite that is also an Airbnb. Most likely you will see other guests while at the home. We highly advise that both guests stay to their respective sides and enjoy their private areas of the home separate.

*We do not share this space with you. The owner of the home will travel back into town every other weekend or so. This is at his discretion and may or may not notify the guests if he does*

The owner stays in the master bedroom that has a lock on it and he doesn't use the rest of the home all that much other than coming and going from the home.

The other 2 rooms each have a Roku Tv, dresser, closet and a queen sized bed! This is what you will be renting. Also the common area bathroom is dedicated to you.

You also have full access to the kitchen, living room and dining area.

Everything in the front part of the home, except the master bedroom, is accessible.

*You, under no circumstances, are allowed to use any of the amenities in the back yard*

Certain weekends, the owner will travel back and use his room. During those times, you may encounter the owner. During the times he is gone, we as the property manager will be available through here to answer and questions or concerns.

Quiet neighborhood, everyone stays to themselves.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Twenty-five percent (25.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
