Minutes from the Beach! This home is located in a quiet neighborhood just walking distance from the beach! 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with 5 beds in total. 1 being a bunk bed to accommodate more guests.

Relax in the spacious backyard with the adirondack chairs, fire pit and flat top grill.

This property is equipped with all the necessary things you will need for the duration of your stay. Outside there are four parking spots located in the front of the home that you can park during your stay. We also allow garage access to park inside is desired.

Through the front door, you enter into the spacious living room with the sofa and additional chairs for seating. Next to the living room we have a beautiful dining area where you can enjoy all of your meals with family and friends.

To the left of the home, you have 2 spacious rooms with king sized beds. Down the hall way on the left, you have a laundry room with a washer and dryer and the secondary guest bathroom. To the right, this is where your master bedroom is with the amazing en-suite bathroom, providing fresh towels and linens for every stay.

This open concept allows you to overlook the living room from the kitchen peninsula, offering extended counter top area and storage space in the kitchen. Great for cooking and serving meals.

Just past the kitchen you have the family room with a sofa and also a dedicated workspace area where you can work on the go, if needed.

The third bedroom is equipped with a queen sized bed and twin bunk beds, a smart tv and ample amount of clothing storage.

The back of the home has sliding glass doors that exit from the living room to the outside patio and huge fenced backyard. There is a fire pit and 6 adirondack chairs that everyone can relax at after a long day at the beach!

Guests will have access to the entire home.

This home is in walking distance to the beach, grocery stores, convenient stores, restaurants, and many other attractions in the Indian Rocks Beach area, in St Pete Florida.

- All rooms have smart tv's that you can watch everything on your favorite streaming services.
- We do provide a pack-n-play for guests that have small children. We can leave a flat sheet if requested in advance.

Starter pack of amenities you will be provided inside the home:
- Fresh paper towel roll
- New roll of toilet paper per bathroom and the extras will be left under the sink
- Hand soap in each bathroom and kitchen
- 1 new sponge
- Dish soap + 3 dishwasher tabs (Where applicable)
- 1 set of travel sized shampoo, conditioner and body wash per bathroom
- A few trash bags + one in the can upon arrival
- 3 laundry pods for the washer and dryer

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Twenty-five percent (25.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
